New Hampshire ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The New Hampshire Secretary of State requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report is due by April 1st of each year. The Secretary of State will mail a reminder in January to the designated Registered Agent of the company. Online filing is available, however companies that choose this option will need a business ID# in order to file online.

New Hampshire ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
